- Returns -
Can I return all or part of my bulk order?
Our personalized jerseys cannot be returned unless it is defective or damaged. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy Items or contact our customer service for return.
What if I received a defective product?
We happily exchange all items that are defective due to a manufacturing error with another non-defective product or a full refund. There are several things to keep in mind when exchanging a defective product.
All defective products must be reported within 10 days of delivery. Items that may be defective which have surpassed the 10 day period may be re-evaluated by a sales representative. Normal wear is not considered defective manufacturing.

Send us any images or design files you have. Our design team will work with your content and send you a digital mockup of your product for you to approve.
STEP 3 ->
PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
Place your order directly through the link you selected for customization. Once we finalize all the designs and place the order, you should receive your custom jersey and team uniform within two weeks.
